Young Athletes I have coached youth athletes at all levels, from 1st grade through high school & beyond, in football, track & field and basketball. In addition, I have helped dozens of young men and women improve their speed, strength and agility through one-on-one training and small-group camps. I also provide football combine prep at the high school, college and professional level. Fitness for Adults I have worked with men and women of all ages to help them achieve their fitness goals, whether that be weight loss, body toning, strength gain or cardio improvement. I tailor each workout to your needs, goals and skill level. I also provide nutritional and at-home recommendations to keep your progress going between sessions. |
